Mediation

Mediation is a process where parties to a civil dispute hire a third-party neutral (a mediator) to help them resolve their claim out of court. This process can help parties avoid lawsuits, and the South Carolina Rules require all civil lawsuits to mediate before they proceed to trial. As a mediator, Andy works with parties in conflict to assist them towards resolution. Consider using Andy to mediate the issues if you are involved in a dispute, even if no lawsuit is filed yet.
